 Growing teen girls often are very hungry. So we have  some healthy but delicious snacks for you to snack on when your hungry!


Yogurt Parfaits- Layer Vanilla yogurt with fresh berries and granola


Make-your-own-trail-max-  Fill a  little dish with nuts, sunflower seeds, raisins, granola, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips or M&Ms.


Cranberry Spritzers- Pour equal amounts of chilled cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and ginger ale into tall glasses filled with ice.


These snacks are simple, healthy, and delicious! Have fun making these snacks for you and your friends!
