          Pick me Ups!                                                                    \
1. Drink a cool glass of water with a slice of lemon-or without!


2. Take 3 deep breaths


4. Pop a piece of peppermint gum into your mouth


5. Give someone a compliment. ( The positive energy will boost your spirits, too )


6. Eat a piece of pineapple or other fresh piece of fruit.


7. Paint you toenails a bright, cheery red.


8. Step out into the sunshine


9. Fill a vase with flowers


10.Dance to your  fave song! ( Or just listen to it)
