Sorry that I didn't post anything earlier! So since for most people its after school, I'll give you an after-school tip! When you get home, wait 15-30 minutes before doing your homework. It gives you a chance to cool off from school and calm down before starting your homework. If you have a lot of homework, take a few breaks in between each worksheet or subject.

Oatmeal: Oatmeal has tons of fiber. It'll calm your tummy and your mind!

Blueberries: Eating tasty blueberries will improve your brain health!

Chocolate: This sweet treat stimulates endorphins, helping to perk up your mood! Remember: Dark chocolate is much more healthier (and delicious!) than milk chocolate!!

                    Great Stress Relievers!!!

Hey girls! Are you feeling stressed out about school, homework, friends or family? Then it sounds like you need some tips on how to relieve that unwanted stress!!

Feel Balanced: Tree pose helps you achieve balance physically and mentally. Stand up straight and bend one leg, putting that foot at your knee. With hands above your head, focus on feeling balanced on both sides of your body.

Release Tension: You can benefit and relieve stress even by simply stretching. Try reaching to touch your toes, then hold onto them for 30 seconds - it'll help you realease all that muscle tension.

Increase Energy: Inverting your head in the wheel pose (or backbend) can increase energy and pick up your mood. Try it by lying down with hands at your shoulders, then push up from hands and feet.

Get Grounded: Lotus pose is perfect for meditating. Keeping your spine straight will help you feel more grounded and relaxed, so sit cross-legged with hands on your knees.

Feel Powerful: Mountain pose helps you feel how strong and powerful your body is, even standing still. Stand up straight with your feet slightly apart and arms above your head, then close your eyes.

Calm Yourself: Feel the energy coming from your head
in child's pose - it'll help calm your brain and relieve stress and fatigue. Kneel down on your mat and spread your hands in front of you, as far as they'll go. When you're ready, lower your forehead on the ground.

School Tip #2! Are you taking your lunch to school? Make sure it's packed the night before so you don't have to worry about making it in the morning! Buy your lunch at school? Check the night before to see if you have enough money to last you today! ( Then tell Mom or Dad they need to add more money for the next days)

Each day before school, I'm going to give you a quick tip! If you can't bring a water bottle to school, drink a huge glass of water before you leave! For most people, it makes sure you aren't thirsty for a while and who cares if you have to go to the bathroom during school! But, if you have a limit on how many times you can go to the bathroom like us and can't bring a water bottle, only drink a little in the morning and maybe get a little more from water fountains in your school. Hope this helped and have a good day at school! ;D

Try this out on a friend and soon you'll be a braiding master!

1. Brush out a friends hair. Then picks up a bundle of hair where you want the braid to start. Separate the bundle into three equal sections.

2. Cross the right section over the middle. ( The right becomes the new middle section.) Then cross the left section over the new middle section. ( The left section becomes the new middle section.)

3. Tighten the braid by gently pulling the sections away from one another.

4. Add more hair to the right section before you keep braiding. Lift a bit of hair from the hairline on the right side, and add it to the right section. Then braid your new right section over the middle section.

5. Lift a small section of hair from the hairline on the left section. Then braid.

6. Continue going back and forth to the right and left, tightening as you go.

7. End the braid at the nape of the neck, or do a traditional braid with the remaining hair. At the spot where you want the braid to end, tie off with an elastic.

8. Smooth out any bumps on the sides of the head by gently combing toward the braid. Done!

The pictures on the left are all of people crying. We know what crying is but why do we do it?

Well, crying is an outward sign that you feel strongly about something- usually not getting something you want, or getting something you don't want. Everyone cries. Even boys and adults! Sometimes tears just have to roll. Tears serve a purpose. When you cry because of your emotions ( not because your chopping onions) your tears release certain chemicals in your body. Scientists think these chemicals might actually make you feel better. Its O.K. to cry. Crying is a normal reaction to strong feelings. But it's not good if you cry too often because it could become a problem. They get their feelings hurt too easily and think that others don't like them. Crying shouldn't replace talking about your feelings or taking actions that might help a situation. Tears just aren't the same as words. If you want people to understand what you're feeling, or to know how to help, take a few deep breaths. And start talking.
When I'm sad, I cry. Crying is a way to express your feelings. You feel better after it's all over. I also talk out loud to myself so the sadness doesn't stay as a lump in my stomach. - Katherine Michigan

This book right here is where all my babysitting knowledge comes from! So, I'm going to share with you some more tips from this book!

You just finished watching a scary movie on TV, and now you hear strange noises in the house. What do you do when you're scared?

The best cure for this kind of fear is prevention. Don't watch scary movies  or read scary books- especially while you're babysitting. If you do get nervous, check the house to reassure yourself that everything's secure. Call a parent or a neighbor. If you're truly convinced you hear an intruder, call 911. It's better to be safe than sorry.

The kids are asleep, and you're tired, too. Is it O.K. for you to take a nap on the couch?

Falling asleep on the job is unprofessional, and it could be dangerous. Until the parents return, it is your job to be alert and in charge. ( A good night's sleep the night before should help.) Splash cold water in your face, jog in place, do whatever it takes to stay awake!

Be prepared for anything. Here's some tips for if the kids get hurt.
Insect Bites and stings- If you see a stinger, scrape it off with something stiff, like a credit card or playing card. Wash bites and stings with soap and water. Wrap an ice cube in a paper towel and hold it to a sting to reduce swelling.

Cuts and Scrapes- Small cuts and scrapes can bleed quite a bit. Use a clean washcloth to press lightly on the injury until the bleeding stops. Then gently wash the cut with soap and water. Apply a Band-Aid-even if you don't think one is needed. It will make the child feel better.

Nosebleeds-Tilt the child's head forward. Pinch the bottom of the nose closes to stop the bleeding. Never tilt the head backward.

Fever- If a child feels warm to the touch, call the parents. In the meantime, encourage the child to rest and offer her water or juice to drink.

Heavy Bleeding- For a wound that spurts or gushes, call 911 immediately. If someone else is int he area, ask that person to call 911. Then press a clean clothes firmly against the wound and raise it higher than the heart. Keep pressing for at least 5 minutes. When the bleeding stops, tape the cloth in place and keep the child warm until help arrives.
Numerology
Numerology is the study of numbers. We're going to show you how to do numerology if you don't know how. There are 2 kinds of numerology. Numbers and letters! First, we're going to show you how to do numerology with numbers.

First, you're going to add up all of the digits in your birthday. For example: 07/07/1999 = 7+7+1+9+9+9=42

Next, you'll add up the answer digits. For example: 4+2=6. That answer will be your numerology number. So, 6 would be the numerology number for 07/07/1999.

Now, numerology with letters!

First, you'll write down your name. For example: Sarah

Next, write down the alphabet and the number that corresponds with that letter...
A1
B2
C3
D4
E5
F6
G7
H8
I9
J10
K11
L12
M13
N14
O15
P16
Q17
R18
S19
T20
U21
V22
W23
X24
Y25
Z26

Then, find the numbers that correspond with the letters in your name. For example: S is 19. A is 1. R is 18. A is 1(again). H is 8. 1+9+1+1+8+1+8=29... 2+9=11... 1+1=2. 2 is the numerology number using letters for the name Sarah. Remember: Your true numerology number using letters is found using your full name (first, middle, and last).

A guide to what your numerology number means(for both numerology numbers in birthday digits and letters!):

1: Since 1's are independent, you love being your own boss. You'll run your own business!

2: 2's are known peacemakers - your ability to be fair would make you a great lawyer!

3: As a 3, you're super-creative. The arts are in your future - get ready to act, dance or sing!

4: People who are 4's are hardworking and compassionate. You'd make an awesome doctor!

5: 5's are curious and adventurous - you'd have a blast studying different cultures!

6: If you're a 6, you have a nurturing spirit. You'd thrive taking care of animals as a veterinarian!

7: 7's tend to be talented thinkers. Your know-how could lead you to a great invention!

8: If you're an 8, you're a natural leader. The White House could be in your future!

9: People who are 9's make great humanitarians. You'd do well on a "go green" campaign!

The American girl book, Help, has some good advice to girls that wrote questions to them. This book answers the girls questions and I'm about to share some of the Q and A with you! *-Names have been changed.

Dear help, Ever since my mom had a baby, my parents have ignored me.They only notice me when they tell me to do something. I'm always helping out with the baby and around the house. - Kate*

What you need are "chore chats". If you're folding laundry with you dad, fill him in on your friends while you do it. If your'e drying dishes while mom feeds the baby, tell her about the music class while you work. Your parents love you just as much as they always have. They just don't have time to show it. Life will get easier as the baby gets older. But for now you have a better chance of getting their attention if you don't compete with the baby. They'll enjoy your talks and be grateful for your help. Who knows? They may even find a quiet moment to say so.

Dear Help, I don't like spending the night at friends' houses. I get a funny feeling in my stomach. I can only think about my family and house. Sometimes I go in the bathroom and cry. I end up coming home feeling confused and humiliated. -Anna*

Don't be ashamed! This is a problem lots of girls have. If a friend invited you to a sleepover, tell her the truth. Explain what it's like for you when you don't sleep at home. If she's not having a party, maybe you can have her sleep at your house instead. If she is, ask if you can go to the first half of the party and have your parents pick you up before bedroom. You'll still get to share in most of the fun.

Dear Help, I'm afraid to stay home alone. I'm always thinking a burglar or murderer will come to my house. When the doorbell rings I'm afraid to open the door. How can I stop being afraid? -Susan*

You have a lot of control over how safe you are. The trick is making yourself believe it! There are a number of simple rules that you should follow when you're home alone. Talk with your parents about people and numbers to call when your home alone, type them and keep them near the phone. A stranger at the door or at the phone will be a lot less scary if you know what to do. Of course it also may be that you're not ready to stay home alone yet. That's perfectly O.K. Tell your parents how you feel. Together you may be able to figure out another choice.

This post isn't to talk about makeup, clothes, interviews, movies, books, or anything fun like that. We're going to talk about something a little more serious. Many girls says "I'm not pretty enough" And it leads to bad things. Worrying about your looks get you nowhere. Everyone can find someone they thing is more beautiful than they are. But physical beauty isn't everything. There are great-looking people who are un-happy and average looking people who are funny, well-liked, and respected. Forget your reflection and focus on being the best you can be. Be healthy and fit, have fun with your style- and have faith in yourself.

Many people also say things like "I'm stupid" or "I'm not good enough". Well, you aren't dumb because you didn't do your best or as well as someone else did. If you look for things you could have done differently and work at them in the future, you can succeed the next time around. Tell yourself, "This is just one situation where I didn't do well. I'll  work harder next time" Then do it!

Today I'm going to give you some ways to make your personal space a nice touch just the way you like it and wont have you crackin' open your piggy bank!

Pick a Signature Piece-Maybe it's the Huge green Teddy bear you won at the carnival, or maybe its a huge painting. Whatever it is, Let it take center stage and make the rest compliment it. Avoid clashing colors or lots of things competing for attention. It will make your room look too busy.

DIY Details- Crafting your way to an awesome room is a    great way not to spend all your money. It will also create a great way to let your room be 100% Y.O.U! Whether you're creating that new lampshade or sewing new curtains, you can choose the colors that go best in your room!

Get Personal- Being in a room with no details can be B-O-R-I-N-G! And this is the one place in the house where you get to shine. So take out those trophies or awards and ribbons or certificates and let them show off!

Area 411- Delineating different spaces in your room gives the illusion that it's bigger than it actually is. It will keep you on track with organizing  and different activities. Did you know that doing your homework on your bed can keep you from sleeping? Use that study space and keep your bed for sleeping only!

Cut the Clutter-  Nothing makes a room look smaller than big messes. Straighten up any messes up paper you might have on your desk and toss any barrettes or ponytail holders you might find into a pretty little bowl. Get in the habit of throwing your dirty close in the hamper instead of on the floor. If you take 5 minutes to tidy up a little bit, you wont have to face Mom's threat or do any last minute clean-ups before you leave or a visitor comes.

 Green: Soothing
Green is the color of nature, so it symbolizes harmony, safety and freshness. Color your room green if you're an outdoor-type of girl- it'll help turn your bedroom into a haven where you can feel more balanced and protected.

Purple: Uplifting
Purple is the color of royalty, so it's thought to be powerful enough to get rid of negative energy. Color your room purple if you're a cheerful girl who wants her space to reflect her positive outlook.

Brown: Comfortable
Brown is associated with trees and roots, so it symbolizes stability. Color your room with browns and earthtones if you're dependable and grounded, and want your room to feel stable and organized.

Blue: Calming
Since blue's the color of the sea, a blue room can have the same calming effect as staring out at the ocean. It's perfect if you want your room to be a peaceful retreat from your busy days.

Pink: Romantic
Pink is the color of beauty and love, so choose it for your room if you want more of those two in your life! Pink is perfect for romantic types, and has been shown to promote feelings of love and acceptance.

Yellow: Stimulating
Yellow's the color of the Sun, so it gives off tons of positive energy. If you're a girl who's always enthusiastic, a yellow room's a perfect match, making you feel creative and upbeat.

Red: Energizing
Red is associated with fire and heat, so it'll give your space vibrancy. Color your room red if you're an extrovert and want your space to reflect all of your energy, passion, and confidence.

Fact: Colors can affect that way you feel!

Grumpy? Go for green! It brings peace and restores balance.

Sad? Look for yellow! It helps you find your smile.

Angry? Find blue. It mellows and soothes.

Got the blahs? Go red. It boosts your energy and makes you feel strong and happy.

Scared? Go for orange! It will give you a confidence boost!

Need Inspiration? Pick purple. It will help your creativity kick in!
Skin: Scrubs exfoliate, or help your face shed dry skin cells so that your skin glows. For a nice gentle scrub, mix 2 teaspoons of baking soda with a few drops of warm water. Gently massage the paste over your face in small circles, and rinse with warm water. Treat your face to a scrub once or twice a week. (Scrubbing more often might irritate skin) Also: Remember to use warm water, because cold water will close your pores and the scrub will just sit on your skin and your pores will clog.

Soft Lips: Smooth rough lips by gently rubbing them with a dry, soft bristled toothbrush- no toothpaste required. Then add a touch of lip balm or gloss.

Shiny Lips: Bored with your lip gloss? Try mixing 2 colors to personalize your shade!

Enjoy your new soft-looking skin and soft, shiny lips, girls!!

For the people that don't receive this magazine, here's some tips from Kate Moss that were in Feburary of 2012s issue!

Teen Vogue: What was your style like in High school?
Kate Moss: Well, I had just started modeling and was always surrounded by these gorgeous clothes- but actually was quite inspired by hip-hop and Harlem. I always wore high-tops paired with big goose-down jackets.

TV: You should bring that look back!
KM: [laughs] Maybe I could! Not really-especially not the sneakers. I'm not a sneaker type girl anymore.

TV:What do you wish you would have known as a teenager?
KM:To be honest, I was quite confident even then, because the neighborhood I grew up in. I was streetwise and never really tried to be anyone but myself. Be comfortable with who you are. And a lot of life is about instinct. Don't put yourself in uncomfortable situations.

TV: Have you ever made any fashion mistakes?
KM: I'm sure! But I just forget them-even though my friends would probably be more than happy to point them all out.

TV: What advice would you give to aspiring models?
KM: Wait until your sixteen. I started when I was fourteen, and I have to say, it was a bit too young to be traveling by myself. It's harder to be a teen these days than when I was a teen. Take some time to learn who you are. Anything you want to do can wait until after that,

TV: What about greatest hits? What's been a favorite look of yours?
KM:My 34th birthday party- Chanel sent me a gorgeous navy blue dress with stars on it to match my starry eye makeup, and it was perfect.

TV: Pick up any great makeup tricks on the way?
KM: Designing this Rimmel collection was great-I love a red lip. And I never leave my house without kohl eyeliner. It's always in my bag. Pat McGrath taught me how to apply it quickly. It's a two minute trick; you just have to get it in there and not be afraid to clean up afterward. Now, I can apply it anywhere, in the back of a car, even without a mirror. I just stick it in, close my eyes a bit, and smudge it out.

TV: Brilliant! Any other tricks?
KM: Makeup artist Dick Page taught me about the importance of contouring. Bronzer is really key. He also taught me that you can put a touch of lipstick on your cheeks to use as blush.

TV: What makes someone truly beautiful in your eyes?
KM: It's inner beauty and personal style. It's attractive when people have their own person take on fashion. Don't follow anyone else.

Nighty Night! Today, I've come up with some awesome ideas to help you sleep if you have been having trouble with sleeping!

Have a Routine! After a warm bath or before putting on your fave pj's, put on a sweet smelling lotion. Try Rose or Lavender because they are very soothing scents that help you relax. Then enjoy a glass of warm milk, or maybe even sip some chamomile tea!

A pillow..For your eyes! Lie in bed for a few minutes with a lavender pillow over your eyes. If you don't have one here's how to make your very own! 1. In a tall cup, mix 1 cup of uncooked rice with 2 tablespoons of dried lavender. You can find dried lavender at health stores. 2. Stretch the end of a soft sock over the mouth of the cup. Turn the cup upside down to fill the sock with your mixture. 3. Knot the end of the sock by tying it tightly with a ribbon around it. Trim the end on the sock with scissors, if you'd like. Enjoy you lavender pillow!

Muscle Melt! As you lie down on your back in bed, clench your toes for 5 seconds and then release. Work way up to your body, tensing and releasing the muscles in your legs, bottom, stomach, arms, hands, and even face. Then scan your body from head to toe. Is there any tension you left off, or are you ready to drift off?

By using these ideas, you will get better sleep at night! Sweet dreams!

Shampoo is meant to remove buildup and oils from your hair. But there are dozens of shampoos to choose from to fit your hair perfectly!

Curly hair is always the most oily and here's why:  Oils produced in the scalp don't travel down the hair shaft as easily as they do with straight  hair. Look for Wheat germ oil, Shea butter and nut oils in your shampoo. They tend to coat the hair shaft, trapping the water inside.

Fine, Oily, and Limp hair can be oily after only one day. Try to find clear shampoos and  stay away from the creamier ones that are made for the curl gurls! You will want a gentle shampoo meant for daily or frequent washing. Another tip: Use dry shampoo in between washing. Not only will it soak up the oils but it will also add body to your hair.

Colored or Chemically treated hair. Look for protein based shampoos with ingredients such as wheat and soy extracts. Overly processed hair can suffer from oily roots but dry shaft and ends. It can be very hard to take care of if you have overly processed hair. So we suggest that you use normal shampoo every other day.

Dry, Damaged hair. Avoid clear shampoos and go straight for the creamy ones. Look for glycerin and collagen to help restore the moisture in your hair. Also look for a moisturizing conditioner.

This should help with finding some shampoos for your hair!

Today.. I'm going to give you a big list of secrets that EVERY girl should know!
1. Do you know the easiest way to keep a secret? DON'T TELL ANYONE!

2. Are you seeking a Celebs Photo or Autograph? To contact a celeb, write to her official fan club, her manager, the team she plays for, the studio that produces her TV show or movies, her music company- whatever organization she works with, Then tell her what you're looking for. If it is a photo, send a stamped envelope that's big enough for the picture. If it is an autograph, send a photo or card to sign. Finally, cross your fingers and wait!

3. Removing chewing gum from your hair. Gum loves oil and fat even more than it loves your hair. So if a big bubble lands in your hair, put down the scissors and rub oil on the gum- Baby oil, oily lotion, even cooking oil will work. Then run in conditioner until you see the gum start to break down. Next, strip away the pieces with a paper towel and run a fine-toothed comb through your hair. Finally, wash out the oil and conditioner with warm water!

4. Get ready for school in 11 minutes. 1. Get up, go to the bathroom, and wash. ( 2 minutes) 2. Brush your teeth. ( 2 minutes ) 3. Dress and brush your hair. ( 2 minutes and thirty seconds ) 4. Eat breakfast (4 minutes) grab your coat and backpack and go! ( 30 seconds)

5. Inventing a new recipe. 1. Combine foods that aren't usually served together- Cheese and jam, peanut butter and banana on a tortilla. 2. Prepare. ( Fry, Freeze, bake, blend, or spice ) a food a way it's not normally made- Freeze grapes or carbonate yogurt. 3. Change Ingredients or instructions for a recipe- Instead of a sausage and cheese pizza, use jam and fruit for a dessert pizza! 4. Now taste it! If it tastes great, share it!

6. Dealing with a bad gift. No gift is worth ruining a friendship over. If you receive a horrible present from a friend, be tactful. Find one thing you like about the gift and offer a sincere thanks:" Oh, purple is my favorite color!" If you cant find anything you like about it, thank the friend. But don't overdo thanking her, or you wont sound sincere!

7. Keeping a Ponytail Holder in thin or slick hair. A Sliding ponytail holder can drive you crazy. Spritz your hair with water before you pull it back. This will give your ponytail holder much more grip

8. Making the perfect part. Use the pointed end of a comb to create all kinds of hair parts-from a strait one to zigzag. Hold the cob end at a 45-degree angle and keep it in constant contact with your scalp while drawing the part you like!

9.Preventing Split Ends. The only way to get rid of split end to ask a stylist or adult to snip them off. To prevent more split ends, using conditioner on the ends of your hair after shampooing will keep them from drying off.

10.Making your own Soda Pop. Combine 1/2 cup of fruit juice without pulp with 1/2 cup sparkling water. Add ice if you'd like. Eureka! Soda pop.

Makeup for YOU!

Eyes:

Green eyes: Apply light green shadow to your upper lids to create a glow!

Blue eyes: Use light blue all over, and dark on the outer lids for a "wow" look!

Hazel eyes: Light shadow on the inner corners of your eyes will make them pop!

Brown eyes: Glittery shadow will help your deep-colored eyes sparkle!

Lips:

Olive skin: Gloss with glitter brings out your inner shine!

Tan skin: By applying brown or berry gloss, your skin looks golden!

Dark skin: A light pink gloss warms up your features!

Pale skin: Red lips bring color to light skin tones!

Hey all you girls with oily hair! Don't feel alone if you have oily hair because your one of thousands maybe millions of girls with oily hair! So we have come up with a solution that just might work.. Grab some baby powder! Yes, this may sound strange but it will work! Shake a little into your roots and massage it until it disappears. The powder absorbs the oil and gives it a nice, firm texture! You can find baby powder at drug stores, Walmart, and probably many gas station and of course baby stores!
Be the best babysitter on your block!

"If the kids get a small cut, use a red or dark-colored towel so the blood doesn't scare them" - Sarah Wisconsin

" If you have to go to the bathroom while watching a baby, put her in a crib or a playpen while you're gone. Never leave her out." Andi Florida

" You're the boss. Even though you may not feel like it, you're in charge. The kids look up to you!" Heather  Connecticut

" I always bring a night-light in my backpack when I go babysitting. Some kids are very afraid of the dark!" Joan Rhode Island

"When the kids are fighting, I set them on chairs across from each other and tell the to give each other ugly faces. Before you know it, they can't frown, and they end up laughing!" Jen Wisconsin

"One time I was babysitting four little girls. They were bored and the house was a mess. So I invented a game. In each room, a girl was the queen and the rest of us were servants. She told us what to pick up or clean. We appointed a new queen for each room. It worked like a charm, and their mom was happy about the house!" Anna Washington

" Don't wear necklaces or dangling earrings. Babies love to pull on them, you could end up with sore ears or a broken necklace. Wear nice but comfortable clothes. You'll look professional and still be able to crawl around with the kids." Melissa Indiana & Justina Arkansas

"I like to make happy faces on sandwiches with raisins for the eyes and mouth. Or I stick a straw in the sandwich and tape on a paper sail for a sandwich boat!" Robin Vermont

" I took a Red Cross babysitting course in my town. I recommend it for girls who want to be good babysitters. Plus, parents will be more apt to trust you with their kids if they know you're certified!" Emily Oregeon

French Manicure
Apply a clear polish to your nails. Let it dry. Use a nail polish pen to make a thick line across the top of your fingernail. Let it dry, and finish with a second coat of clear polish across each nail. Have fun with your new rockin' nails!
Wrap up that hair Girl!
Choose your favorite conditioner. Massage it into your damp, towel dried hair. Then wrap your hair in a shower cap, a plastic wrap, or a warm towel. Set a time for 10-15 minutes and relax. While waiting take a bath, read a magazine, listen to some music, meditate, take a mental trip to the beach, paint your nails, or if you like all of these.. DO ALL OF THEM!! When the timer goes off, rinse the conditioner out, and wash your hair with a gentle shampoo. When your done, dont blow dry it but let it air dry for super soft hair!

Keeping your grades up can be tough around this time of year so to help you we have put together a few tips!

1. When you're at home studying, make sure your in a quiet place. Don't get up and wander around and if you usually have a snack when you get home, bring it in your room along with some water.. Oh and make sure that your snack is healthy!

2. Pay attention during class. Do not drift off in your own dreamland! No matter how nice it may seem to be in that dreamland of yours, make sure you're paying attention and keep dreamland until bedtime!
3. Speaking of Bedtime, Don't stay up later then you should! 7-12 year olds should get 10-11 hours of sleep each night. 13-18 year olds should get 8-9 hours of sleep. So set that alarm clock and get to sleep early but don't get up before that alarm clock goes off!
                                            3. Sit near the front of the class if possible. Especially if you cannot see well! If you can't see well and are too scared to ask your teacher to move near the front, have a parent or guardian write a note for you.
                                             4. Ask as many questions as you need and answer questions when the teacher asks.  It will help you from drifting off also!
                                              5. Finish your assignments and homework on time. Don't waste your time talking to friends. It will distract you & her and might also get you into trouble.
                                               6. Have a big test coming up? Well study a little bit each and every night so you don't have to worry about studying all of it the night before. It can also become easy to forget the night before she studying every night will help you remember!
                                                7. Join a study group. It will help you and others study without getting to distracted. Find fun ways to study with your group because if its too boring you wont want to stay.
                                                8. Set goals. Say that you usually don't do well in Math. Well if you want an A, set your mind to it and use the tips above to help!
                                                  9. Take breaks once in a while. Don't work yourself to hard now.. That can make you very frustrated and you wont want to do your work. So take breaks as often as you think you need to.
